Switcharooz is committed to serving its customers with the utmost attention and care. In order to facilitate a mutually beneficial relationship, Switcharooz asks all resellers to honor these guidelines.
We buy outright: cash in the form of a check or in-store credit for clothing and items under $24.
We Consign all maternity, larger equipment & furniture (see below).
- No Appointments are required. 50 max per buyout.
- To maximize the probability that we will accept your items, please present them ready for resale.
- All clothing must be recently laundered, free of stains, odors, snags, piling, and fading. Clothing must be current in style. We will buy out of season items at a discount rate.
- Lay clothing flat and place outfits together.
- Fasten all buttons, snaps, zippers and buckles.
- No plush items or bedding. NO PLASTIC BAGS PLEASE!
- No discount brands (Circo, Xhilaration, etc.).
- Equipment and toys must be clean, in working order with batteries & not on recall.
- Please do not be offended if we refuse items, we buy only what we can sell.
- Acceptance of merchandise is based on condition, brand, season, inventory levels and budget.
- Final sale prices are at the discretion of Switcharooz and may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions.
- Please wait & allow 15 minutes while we process your items. You may then purchase against your credit or cash out. Drop and run are only allowed if you choose to donate what we do not accept.
- Resellers are responsible to check on their own credit balances.
Consigned items
- Consigned items such as cribs, strollers and equipment are consigned with an agreed upon price taking into account the resale percentages of 35%cash & 45% in-store credit. Some are at 50%.
- Consignors are responsible to check on merchandise after 30 days from the start of the selling period. After 30 days Consignor will have the option to discount the item, take it back or allow us to donate. If you choose in-store credit and you later opt for cash, the value adjustment will be made to reflect the difference in percentage between the two options.
